First Semester Highlights at the New York Academy of Art, NYC:

The following still life paintings are studies from Painting I assignments. These exercises included the application of grisailles (gray); warm / cool; simple; enhanced and prismatic palettes. Still life objects and their hues were chosen in coordination with each of the limited to full palettes. Content themes were explored in tandem with the ambits of each unique color grouping.
